What do I do if I need a Certificate of Insurance?

Navigate to the Contact Us tab of the website and submit a request and one of our account administrators will follow up with you shortly after. Please remember the more information you can provide on your account the quicker it will be for our administrator to find your account and reissue a certificate of insurance.

How long does it take for me to receive a Certificate of Insurance?

Please allow up 48 hours for a Certificate of Insurance to be processed.

What do I need to do if a client requests to be added as Additional Insured to my Professional Liability policy?

First confirm that the client is asking to be added as Additional Insured to your Professional Liability policy and not General Liability. In most cases the request is in respect of General Liability.

If the client confirms that they need to be added as Additional Insured to your Professional Liability, please navigate to the Contact Us tab and an account administrator will contact you about next steps.

Subject to Underwriter approval and an additional premium, you will be provided a Policy Change Proposal within the following 72 hours.

Is it possible to increase my policy limit midterm? And what information is needed?

Yes, you can request an increase to your policy limit at any time. Your request will need to include the following information:


a. Reason for increase
b. Requested Limit
c. Are there any changes to the scope of services?
d. If a contract requirement, what is the projected gross billing for the remainder of the year?
e. Copy of the contract and/or insurance requirements
